Once your storefront is live, your own travelers' booking data (names, contact details, travel documents, payment records for their bookings) is collected and stored to operate your storefront. In relation to that data, ATW STAYS acts primarily as a data processor on your behalf — you, as the operator of your storefront, are responsible for your own privacy commitments to your travelers, including any privacy policy you choose to display on your own storefront. We process this data only to provide the Service to you and do not use your travelers' data for our own independent marketing purposes.
Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway partner (Cashfree). Card and payment instrument details are handled directly by the gateway under its own security standards — we do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or equivalent sensitive payment credentials on our own systems.
We use collected information to: provide, operate and maintain the Service; verify your identity via OTP; process billing for paid plans; send transactional communications (booking confirmations, invoices, security alerts, support responses); respond to enquiries; detect and prevent fraud or misuse; and comply with legal obligations.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you securely logged in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect parts of the Service that require an active session.
We share information only where necessary to operate the Service: with third-party flight/hotel/activity suppliers to fulfil bookings made through your storefront; with our payment gateway partner to process payments; with email/SMS delivery providers to send transactional communications; and where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process. We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and afterward for the period necessary to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We apply technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data involved, including OTP-secured logins, encrypted connections, and independent price re-verification before any charge is made. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot warrant absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Service.
